2026 National Annual HBCU College Fair – 03.07.26 – Marriott South at Hobby Airport

2026 HHBCUAA OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT - ANNUAL NATIONAL HBCU COLLEGE FAIR 11302025

Houston – Houston HBCU Alumni Association HHBCUAA is proud to announce H-E-B will return as Official Event Underwriter for the 6th straight year, to host the nation’s largest   National HBCU College Fair. The 2026 HBCU College Fair will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at Houston Marriott South Hobby Airport, 9100 Gulf Freeway – Houston, TX 77017, 10am to 2pm.

The highlights of the 2026 HBCU College Fair will feature groundbreaking events: 
·         Over 50+ HBCUs under one roof for the sole purpose of recruiting.
·         Band, Choral & Theater Auditions conducted by National HBCU Band Directors.
·         HBCU Dance Informational Workshops
·         Workshops – Financial Aid/Admissions, Conversations w/Students, Degrees in Demand/Workforce Outlook, Athletics, Army ROTC·         Scholarships (2 – HEB $2,500 scholarships), Door Prizes, Health Screenings. 

Houston HBCU Alumni Association Annual College Fair attracts over 5,000 parents and students every year. HBCU recruiters from across the nation will converge on the City of Houston with one purpose: to expose students to higher education and present the programs that are offered at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Houston Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Alumni Association, Incorporated (HHBCUAA), is a non-profit 501©3 organization. It is a consortium of local Houston based active alumni from over 50+ black colleges and universities, friends, and supporters. One of the major objectives of our organization is to acquaint the public and prospective students with the value of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) as excellent sources of higher education.
