NTTA INTRODUCES LATEST DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS

The North Texas Tollway Authority (NTTA) introduced its 2026-28 Relationships and Opportunities Advancing Development (ROAD) program participants at its Wednesday board meeting.

Through the ROAD program, NTTA fosters opportunities to strengthen small businesses and build business capacity. The program pairs small businesses with major contractor firms that offer like services. Participating firms are exposed to multiple opportunities through seminars, workshops, and networking events.

“The ROAD program seeks to provide a growth path to allow small businesses to compete for future opportunities at NTTA and similar regional entities,” said NTTA Board Chairman Scott Levine. “We have seen many strong bonds forged over the past 18 years of the program.”

This is NTTA’s ninth class since the program’s inception. Since 2008, more than 100 teams have completed the program. Several consultants that previously participated as proteges have gone on to “extend a hand” by then becoming mentors in later classes. This is the ideal growth path for a ROAD program participant.

Several of the prime contractors below have participated in the ROAD program since its inception.
