In Loving Memory

It is with heavy hearts that we extend our deepest condolences on the passing of Dexter King, the son of the iconic civil rights leaders, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and Coretta Scott King. This loss is not just a loss for the King family but for the entire community that has been inspired by the legacy of the Kings.
Dexter King, like his parents, dedicated his life to the pursuit of justice, equality, and civil rights. His commitment to continuing the work of his family has left an indelible mark on the ongoing fight for a more just and equitable society.
During this somber time, let us reflect on the enduring impact of the King family’s contributions to the civil rights movement and their unwavering dedication to creating a world where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the King family as they navigate through this difficult moment. May the memory of Dexter King serve as a reminder of the ongoing journey toward justice that we must all continue to pursue.
In solidarity,
Dr. Candice Matthews
