Dolcefino Dismissed From Defamation Lawsuit Filed By Montgomery County Judge

Dolcefino Dismissed From Defamation Lawsuit Filed By Montgomery County Judge

After a nearly 4-hour hearing in Conroe, visiting Judge Randy McDonald ruled to dismiss a lawsuit filed against Wayne Dolcefino and Dolcefino Consulting, as well as a church elder from the former church of Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough. An appeal by County Judge Keough is expected.

The defamation case was brought by Keough after a Dolcefino Media investigation involving allegations of sexual harassment.

“At the request of the judge, I’ve agreed to not make any comments about the continuing litigation against the woman who is alleging sexual harassment and her lawyer. However, I have told the court, my investigations of Judge Keough and any other public official in Montgomery County will continue.”

Wayne Dolcefino and Dolcefino Consulting are represented by attorneys Jeff Diamant and Kelsey Galbraith.
