WHAT:

On that day, 13 students marched from TSU to a nearby Weingarten’s Supermarket at 4110 Almeda Rd., now the site of a post office with a historical marker in front.

On Wednesday, after a brief program at TSU, Commissioner Ellis will lead the march from TSU’s Hannah Hall at 3100 Cleburne St. to the historical marker, where there will be a moment of silence.
