PRAIRIE VIEW –  The Prairie View Chapter Top Ladies and Top Teens recently prepared to close out their beautification project for the year.  As in previous years, the Prairie View Chapter continued the mission of keeping the graves of deceased Top Ladies replenished by planting new roses and restoring old flowers at the grave.

This year, the Ladies had a new addition.  The new addition was planting roses at deceased Lady, Hazel Gilliard’s grave.

Lady Hazel Gilliard was the wife of former football and Track Coach Gilliard of Prairie View A&M University.
